Boat Transport
We offer Marine haul outs, launchings and transportation services for boats to 36 ft in length or 20,000 lbs. Our services are fully licensed and insured. We are experienced boat handlers both in the water and on land.
Port Perry Marine Services and our sister company Port Perry Marina have been caring for our customer’s boats since 1984. In addition to slips, storage and service, we have been moving our customers boats for many years and added a Conolift Marine Hydraulic trailer in 2014.
Although many of you only think of boat transportation for storage or service, an increasing number of people are now using us to expand their boating experiences and territory.
With our close proximity to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), you can consider Port Perry Marina as your home port. We will service your boat on a year round basis for an in water slip on the sheltered waters of Lake Scugog. Lake Scugog is your gateway to the Trent Severn Waterway. We have winter storage and are able to offer full servicing options while keeping your boat close to home where you can use it on a daily basis through out the season.
Now consider it’s time for a holiday. Would you like to try boating on the Rideau Canal traveling from Ottawa to Kingston? One option is to take your boat from Port Perry through the Trent system, then travel to Kingston on Lake Ontario, then up the Rideau to Ottawa. This is a beautiful trip and only takes about 3 weeks to complete including the return. Great, if you have the time.
If your time is limited, let Port Perry Marine Services transport your boat to Ottawa in an afternoon. You climb aboard your boat in Ottawa and travel down the Rideau to Kingston (7 -9 days). Port Perry Marine Services will then transport your boat back to its home location in Port Perry close to Toronto. This is a tremendous time savings from the three week option!
If you have a bit more time, you can also 1) continue your trip maybe up the Trent back home to Port Perry (an additional 5-7 days) or 2) continue along Lake Ontario to Whitby where we can also transport you home to Port Perry. Boat Transport services from Port Perry Marine Services gives you options and does not restrict your boating pleasure to be in a single home port.

Maybe you have always wanted to travel to Georgian Bay. You could choose to travel the Trent Severn Waterway to Georgian Bay and experience its beaty. When holiday time is up no need to back track call us we can pick you up almost any where and return you home to our sheltered waters.
I myself have now boated most waterways from New York to the North Channel including Ottawa, Montreal, the Thousand Islands, Toronto, Orillia, Midland and Parry Sound. All thanks to the ability to trailer my Cruiser and still have it back home to use locally next weekend.
